Salsa Chicken

Simple and tasty, not to mention quick.

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2-4 tablespoons sour cream (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts, and pour salsa over all.

Chicken $4.00 (Aldi)
Seasoning $.25 (Costco)
Salsa $1.25 (Meijer) or from stock
Cheese $.75 (Aldi - shredded from block)
